Participants share healthy meals and learn how nutrition and healthy eating is vital to being able to focus on goals.

Consider how health is tied to good nutrition and balanced meals. Once eating regular, healthy meals is a habit, the mind functions better. People feel better about themselves. Feeling better helps grow optimism about the future!

Our on-site nurse helps monitor health issues.

Through our Health & Wellness Initiative, Clifton provides our guests with vital health information, and a safe space for recuperation. All guests receive a health assessment provided by a volunteer nurse who, in turn, connects them with the appropriate community resources.

Mindset and empowerment training.

The power of positive thoughts: keep an open mind, clear of distraction and your focused mind will lead you to reaching your goals. Affirmations are powerful in your journey. Thoughts become actions! “I can’t!” means you won’t. “I can!” means you will!
