“Clifton Living” Housing Program

Thanks to the Reinvestment Action of 2009, Clifton Sanctuary Ministries was awarded funding which birthed the “Clifton Living” Housing program. The program is primarily dedicated to assist homeless men secure permanent housing but also includes financial literacy education and job development.

We are so pleased to report that since October “Clifton Living’ has been successful in placing 13 men into clean affordable apartments, close to their place of employment. We have been truly blessed by the outpouring of support from the community and because of the continual need for basic household essentials, we are always grateful for the following items:

•                         Dinner Set – plates, bowels, cups
•                         Cutlery set – folks, knives, spoons
•                         Cooking Utensils
•                         Pots/Pan
•                         Can opener, peeler
•                         Drinking Glasses
•                         Sheets (full size bed)

 The “Clifton Living” program has changed the lives of men who have experienced the boomerang effect of our economic times and will continue in the same spirit that Clifton Sanctuary Ministries has operated in for the last 30 years.
